When you get
to the building:
When you get to the building and park
around it, Suite 212 will be in the courtyard. Please
click on the map for a Google map satellite picture which will show the shape
of the building and that there is a courtyard. The suite will be in the
South most corner of the 2nd floor within the courtyard area.
Our clinic is called ‘Advanced Naturopathic Associates’ and it says this on the
door as well as 'Chris Kozura ND'
By Bus: Routes 25 65, and 75 stop at the five way intersection of 45th St. NE, Mary Gates Memorial Drive, Union Bay Place NE, and 45th Place NE. All routes stop less than one tenth a mile from our clinic.

Driving
South and North from I-5: Take
EXIT 169 turn go East (R if coming of I-5 N or L if coming of I-5 S) on NE 45th St., go 1.3 miles (this will be at the
five corners area) with Tully's, and Baskiins within sight on left get into lane that allows you to turn slight Left onto NE 45th Place and immediately turn Left into the
parking lot on the side of building and park around the building ~
From 520
Westbound
Coming across Lake
Washington on 520 bridge, get
in the rightmost lane.
Take the Montlake Boulevard Exit.
Get on Montlake Boulevard. You should be headed north.
Get in the rightmost lane. Staying in this lane means that you will
automatically make the curve where Montlake turns into NE 45 Street.
Go past the Safeway on your left.
Take a wide left on to NE 45th Place. The clinic is on your left side in less than a
block, just before the overpass for the Burke-Gilman trail.
Pull into the lot past the building (the Lakeview Medical building,
it is labeled).
Walk through the back entrance (there are stairs and a ramp). You
will see the interior garden. Take the first right you can, then the next
left to get to the office.
