I have had the vision of being a doctor in my mind since I was a boy in a small town in upstate New York. I would try to EAT WELL and EXERCISE to help become strong and fit. Going through high school I wondered why I did not have problems with acne like my friends. Later I learned that it was because my parents grew and we ate most of our food from our garden. More importantly, we ate less processed food as a result. I have gradually learned whole foods help my body do its own healing via the process of detoxification and elimination and by bringing wonderful nutrients into it. Becoming a doctor I have learned that I can help you begin your steps back to natural health through simple things like food. I also use other therapies including HYDROTHERAPY, which uses hot and cold water to bring out the Vis medicatrix naturae of your body and modulates or balances inflammation and the immune system. I also have an extensive background with musculoskeletal injury and dysfunction. I use massage and physical therapy techniques as well as the other naturopathic interventions including diet assessment and development, manipulation, nutri-ceutical medicine and botanical medicine. There are millions of wonderful processes that are going on in your body to allow you to live your incredible healthy life everyday. Let's work together to have your body be in your best and most optimal health. This is my passion and this is what you can count on me for regarding your health.
