As a
first time patient of Naturopathic Medicine, below is what to
expect.
You will
complete a full comprehensive address and demographics sheet,
health history form and sign a policy sheet with
information on what to expect as well as an introduction to the
history, philosophy, and practice of Naturopathic Medicine.
Following
the completion of your initial patient questionnaire, you will
be seen by Dr. Kozura. Dr.
Kozura is Washington State Licensed Naturopathic Physician who
will conduct an extensive interview and perform any physical
exam which may be required to formulate an individualized
diagnosis and treatment plan.
